These pinwheels are located in Imjingak. At Imjingak, there is a hill of wind (Baram-ue Eondeok, 바람의 언덕) and there are these pinwheels.

Hobakjeon (호박전) is one of traditional food in Korea. It is squash sliced into thin round pieces, coated in flour and egg batter, and pan-fried. (from Click Korea)
